About this apartment rental
Discover our little paradise, located 700 meters from Place des Lices, 500 meters from Graniers Beach, and 5 minutes from Thaïti Beach (Pampelonne), featuring a 70-square-meter private garden (private, for your exclusive use) that’s well-oriented, partially shaded for extra coolness, and offers a view of the hill.
It’s very well-equipped with a hot tub, a large table featuring a cooler, patio furniture, two lounge chairs, and a plancha grill.
This apartment is located in a small, quiet condominium; we were charmed by its single-level layout and its garden, which feels like a cozy little house with a wall that shields it from the view of neighbors across the way.
The single-level layout includes:
- a living room with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a central island, a sitting area with TV,
- a bedroom with garden access, a 2m x 2m bed, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a toilet,
- a second bedroom with garden access, two beds measuring 80 cm x 1.90 m that can be used as a double bed or two single beds (if you prefer this arrangement—for children, for example—please specify when booking), and its own shower room and toilet.
We purchased this apartment in February 2022 and took special care to ensure the quality of the furnishings: luxury-style beds, high-quality, very comfortable mattresses and pillows, and a high-performance automatic jacuzzi that maintains water quality… (An ozonator with automated cycles for water treatment, supplemented by active oxygen to prevent damage to fabrics).
Amenities designed for us, as we appreciate beauty.
Ideal apartment for families with children.
The kitchen is brand-new (January 2023) and very well-equipped with an oven, a second multifunction oven including a microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, wide-top stovetop, 1 large refrigerator with freezer, a professional ice maker, a SMEG coffee machine, and a real tea maker!
BO sound system.
Free fiber-optic Wi-Fi with access to Orange internet channels (you can use your own login credentials to access Netflix or other services).
Iron and ironing board.
Linens provided: high-quality DESCAMPS brand sheets and towels (thick, large, and plush—the sheets are super soft!) supplied in double sets.
(Just bring your own beach towels).
Impeccable cleanliness, with cleaning performed by a professional from the luxury hospitality industry, including thorough disinfection and washing of linens and towels at temperatures between 60 and 90°.
2 parking spaces secured by a large automatic gate (no electric car charging station, but a suitable outlet is available).
Check-in after 3:00 PM and check-out before 10:30 AM.
Maximum number of guests: 4.
Minimum age to rent: 21.
Pets allowed.
Smoking is permitted in the garden.

The apartment is fine except for some minor inconveniences..I do recommend it…EXCEPT for the check in process..the lady in charge was beyond un cooperative, super lazy and doesn t speak a word of english.she refused to meet us and show us the ropes which resulted in our waiting outside the gate for one hour on a hot summer day...I have no idea why the owner would accept reservations from americans with out a bilingual employee..maybe leave this one for the french..unless the owner changes the concierge

Anne-Fredrique was so helpful and easily reachable to call if there were any questions. The place is very nice and a short walk to the town centre! We all enjoyed our stay here!
