Great location, nice spacious apartment. Check-in needs improvement.

The apartment was very nice with all the amenities. Right in the city center and super close to everything.

No one was waiting for us. We were supposed to pick up our keys at a nearby hotel, but we didn't know this because we didn't receive the email on time. We waited over an hour until someone answered our phone and gave us instructions (btw very stressful when travel with kids and get there in the evening). However, we were apologized for the confusion, and the rest of the trip went smoothly. Additionally, we were able to leave our car in the hotel parking lot after check-out.

The worst experience I’ve had with booking.com so far

Good location

The checkin experience was awful. The property failed to send us check in instructions and the numbers listed in the booking didn’t work so we had no one to call to. We were stuck outside the apartment for 2 hours. When we finally found the hotel that managed the property we were told that the check in was delayed for one more hour. When we got to the apartment the wifi instructions were wrong. When we asked for the wifi the staff was unable to provide it and we had no wifi during the whole stay. When we complained and asked for a discount they said they would look into it but then all they did was offer us a charcuterie which was a salad bowl of cheese. The last day at check out we re stated our complaints and asked for a reimbursement but the lady at the reception just laughed and told us to have a good day. Overall, this was a very mismanaged property

Endroit idéal pour passer un excellent séjour à St Tropez

Emplacement idéal , excellent accueil à l’arrivée . La place de parking gratuite a été très appréciée pendant le séjour et le confort de l’appartement est parfait .

Il manquait juste une ampoule dans la salle de bain

Bon séjour a 2 pas de la place des Lices.

L’emplacement. Le charme. La propreté.

Impossible de faire marcher la télévision beaucoup trop compliquée. On perd une demie heure à s'énerver. Le grille pain qui fait disjoncter.
