At the Ostseehaus Erika-Maria, the Erika-Maria 02 OG vacation rental is located on the first floor and offers space for up to four people in approximately 50 m².

This non-smoking accommodation features a total of two rooms, including a separate bedroom, and is ideal for anyone looking to spend a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea. The living area opens onto the balcony, which is perfect for enjoying fresh air and winding down at the end of the day. The kitchen is open to the living room and fully equipped: with an oven, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric kettle, and a wide range of kitchen accessories, cooking together is a pleasure. A ceramic-glass cooktop is also available, so you can prepare your favorite dishes at your leisure. The heating system, supplemented by underfloor heating, ensures pleasant warmth; there’s also a wood-burning stove that creates a cozy atmosphere, especially during the cooler months.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, hair dryer, and a cosmetic mirror. Practical amenities such as a washing machine and ironing facilities are also provided; a shared washing machine and dryer are available for use. Entertainment and work options are also easily accessible: Wi-Fi is available, and there are two TVs in the living area and other rooms, along with a radio.

If you like to stay active on vacation or enjoy a variety of activities, you’ll find plenty of options in the surrounding area and in the apartment: books, games, and a selection of board games are available. Thanks to fly screens, you can also relax comfortably even with the door or window open.
The private parking lot with one parking space rounds out the amenities. The Baltic Sea resort of Zingst on the Darß Peninsula offers proximity to the beach and plenty of ideas for excursions: From walking and hiking to biking and jogging, as well as water sports, surfing, and boat trips, there’s plenty to do here.

Leisure activities such as birdwatching, horseback riding, zoo visits, mini-golf, swimming, theater or movie theater, as well as shopping and restaurants, are also part of the region’s offerings. Children are welcome, and privacy screens on all windows ensure a pleasant, undisturbed stay.
