Very roomy as listedIt is right on the highway but it was not terribly busy or distractingIt is listed as "has a dock". The dock is accessed by a walk which includes a very weedy area and through the neighbors yard.AC works very well.

There were 12 in our group and the house accommodated all of us nicely. The kitchen had everything that we needed. We cook all of our meals in. The house has plenty of storage space. It is a great place to stay with a large group. We enjoyed our stay.
