stuffy, hot, and full of spider webs

The view is very amazing

"The hotel has a beautiful view, but it has several negatives. The air conditioning is very bad, and the atmosphere in the apartment is suffocating. We requested at least two fans, but they only brought one. The furniture is very worn out, especially the living room sofa, and it's filled with unnecessary storage items like toys. I couldn't even unpack my clothes and belongings from my suitcase into the closet. I had booked with a free cancellation policy, but they took the payment from the first day of booking, even before the free cancellation period. They also took the security deposit two days before I arrived and charged the tax. However, when I asked for a discount card for transportation and activities, they refused, saying it's not possible because I'm checking out tomorrow and I only have a two-night stay. The house is full of cobwebs everywhere, even on the balcony, and when I sent them a message, they said it's natural! It's strange. The check-out time is 10 am, and when I told them I'd be late until 11 am, they refused, saying the company would clean. I checked out at 10 am, forgot my garage key, and when I came back to return it, I found the cleaning lady sleeping on the couch, listening to music. At the end of the stay, they sent a threatening email with instructions, saying that if not followed, they'd deduct from the security deposit. Even after returning the deposit, it hasn't arrived in my country yet, and I don't know when it will. I wouldn't recommend this place; the atmosphere is suffocating, and the service is bad.

The beds are either too soft (master bedroom) or lumpy (upstairs). I would advise the owner to invest in new mattress and or bed frames

A pleasant alpine retreat.

The location is a short car ride or bus trip to Grand Montets resort situated on the main road from Chamonix town. There is a great bakery just next door which opens early. The property is clean , cosy , warm and comfortable with good quality fittings and lots of hot water. The booking company Emerald stay agents are always helpful and available by phone though remain unobtrusive. The property TV is smart and had netflix available Internet speed is very good. Kitchen is very nice Location is peaceful

The stairs to the mezzanine room are very steep and not suitable for older people. The bathtub is situated on this floor with a low ceiling be careful. A boot heater in the ski locker would be most useful. Parking by the property entrance driveway to load and unload is restricted by a neighbors security barrier. Underground property car park was not available during our stay though there is free parking just across the road.

افضل سكن بالمنطقة لعائلة مكونه من 5 افراد ( سيارة ضروري )

شقة جميلة وكأنك تعيش اجواء الارياف ذات اطلالة روعه بغرفة معيشة واسعه وبلكونه كبيره بأطلالة على الجبل وكانت متوفره بالمناشف والمنظفات وجاهزه بأدوات الطبخ والغسيل بس عليك المواد الغذائية واعجبني متابعة الموظفين ومرور احدى الموظفات لا اذكر اسمها مشكوره تتفقد الاحوال واذا كنا بحاجة شئ وعندهم خدمة التنظيف منتصف الاسبوع مجانية ( تبديل المناشف وتنظيف الحمامات ) للعلم تحتاج لسياره للوصول الى السنتر تقريبا من عشر دقايق بالسياره . للعلم وقت التوجه للشقة المخبز يكون يمينك وبعدها اول دخله يمين وبعدها اول يمين بعد تحصل بوابة تعديها ويكون المبنى على يمينك توقف السياره وتنزل الشنط وتدخل الشقة وتاخذ مفتاح المرآب وتطلع السيارة وتنزلها المرآب الي يكون بجانب المخبز من الخلف ( شرح بالصور لكيفية الوصول لمكان الشقة والمرآب )

مافي خدمات قريبه الا المخبز جميل وفيه المعجنات والمشروبات سوائل الاستحمام مو متوفرة ( فقط قطع صغيره معلبة من شامبو وشور جل )
