The location and large living space.
It was unclean and run down. There was mould on the shower curtain and bathroom tiles. Stains on the sofa and bedroom carpet. Broken items including the wardrobe mirror. Bunk bed ladders were not fixed so unsafe for children. Overall the cost did not reflect the condition of the property which was disappointing. With a little effort this could have been a much more pleasant stay.
