Very good location, 10 minute walk to Torvisca’s and a 10 minute walk to Las Américas see front. Apartment is a top floor apartment with very good views. Very clean, all amenities needed for a holiday are included. Building is very secure, a key is needed to get into the apartment building itself which increases overall security. Dozens of bars and restaurants located nearby, along with shops.
The only negative point I have is that a bad damp smell was present if you didn’t leave the balcony doors open to allow fresh air in. I would suggest this is because the bathroom and shower room do not have a window. When we were in the apartment, we just left the balcony doors open to alleviate this. It was particularly bad in the mornings after waking up, but within 10 minutes of allowing fresh air in, it was gone.

The property was very clean. It was very well equipped. The property has fantastic views, big terrace which even has a shower if you wish to sunbathe and not go down to the pool.
