Fantastic location! Nice an clean, all necessary equipment.
The only downside was limited ability to cool down the apartment, especially the Livingroom/kitchen which we also used as bedroom. We visited Paris during the crazy heatwave June 2026, with degrees up to 40 centigrades. As long as night temp came down to 20-22 the apartment cooled down during night, but warmer nights were HOT.

Very nice host. Appartment is tastefully decorated and has everything one would need even for somewhat longer stays. There are a couple of very nice places to eat nearby, with food from every corner of the world.
Not at all soundproof. There's quite a bit of noise from people going in and out of the building and taking out their trash.

Het appartement was aan de straat gelegen maar daar had je totaal geen last van. Begane grond pluspunt. Prima en complete uitrusting van het appartement. Niets op aan te merken! Hele leuke buurt! Veel winkels , cafe's en restaurants in de directe omgeving. Diverse buurt qua inwoners en veel jongeren. Alleen maar positief!

Neues Bad, alles schön renoviert.
Das Appartement war vorher ein Ladengeschäft. Wir hatten praktisch kein Tageslicht. Im Wohnzimmer wurde des ehemalige Schaufenster mit lichtdichten Vorhängen verhüllt. Das Schlafzimmerfenster ging zum Innenhof, direkt auf die Mülleimer. Lauter Mülleimerservice bei Nacht.
