Sklep pod nosem, komunikacja miejska pod nosem, pizzeria za rogiem, do promenady tarasu widokowego jakieś 300 metrów, piękne zachody słońca odległość do głównej plaży 2 kilometry ale transport miejski z pod domu jedzie ok 5 min pod plaże można tez spacerkiem
warunki ogólne dobre. Brak klimatyzacji w części sypialnej, ta co jest chłodzi tylko salon i kuchnie ale daje rade zawsze coś do sypialni docierało.
