The spacious semi-covered veranda, surrounded by a well-maintained Mediterranean garden, is the heart of the property. Here you can enjoy pleasant moments outdoors, have lunch and dinner with family and friends, relax in the outdoor lounge area, or prepare delicious barbecues thanks to the fully equipped outdoor kitchen and barbecue area. For maximum comfort, a practical outdoor bathroom with shower is also available.
From the property, guests can admire the crystal-clear sea and the stunning sunsets that paint the sky along the Ragusa coastline. Just a few steps from the villa, a scenic cycling path runs alongside the coast, ideal for relaxing walks or bike rides. Guests can use the bicycles provided free of charge by the owner to explore the seafront and the center of Marina di Ragusa.
The strategic location of the house allows easy access to some of the most fascinating Baroque towns in south-eastern Sicily, including Ragusa Ibla, Modica, and Scicli, all UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
