Posizione centralissima. Stanze grandi e ben riscaldate. Letto comodo. Cucina abbastanza attrezzata.
Struttura datata. Caldaia interna che si è bloccata 3 volte in 4 giorni e che ho spento e riavviato per rimetterla in funzione. Una delle 2 camere da letto è di passaggio per l'altra. Impianti idrico ed elettrico con evidente necessità di manutenzione, i rubinetti rischiano di staccarsi, alcune prese elettriche sono cadenti, alcuni punti luce non funzionano. Luce naturale quasi assente, l'immobile è esposto tutto su atrio interno poco luminoso. Assenza di flessibilità sull'orario di arrivo, le indicazioni di accesso ci sono state fornite alle 16 su nostro sollecito.
