Modern 2 bedroom apartment with free airport transfer

Excellent flat very comfortable with all the facilities we needed and more , very central , within walking distance of all the major sites , suitable for all our needs .

A slight negative was that the entry details were difficult to understand .

The apartment is in a great location. There were many bars, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. The apartment is large and it was clean. There was a washing machine which I really appreciated. The kitchen had everything I needed. The courtyard you pass through before going into the apartment building was pretty.

The beds were not very comfortable. They took up most of the bedrooms so I could not walk to the side of the bed and get in from the side, I had to get on to the foot of the bed and crawl up to the pillows. It wasn't horrible, just a minor issue. Also, there was only one actual window in the apartment and it looked out onto a depressing space. It made the apartment dark. But again, not a huge deal.

No keys. Door code was used and it alleviated all necessity to keep track of a set of keys. So easy! The location was excellent---a mere 5-10 minute walk to the Parliament buildings, just down the street from great restaurants and stores. Walkable 100%. Very quiet, despite being downtown.

Could benefit from an extra couple of pillows on the bed. And with 3 people in this apartment, there was only a single divan couch, making it difficult to sit comfortably without using a kitchen chair.

Very clean, excellent location. Really well maintained, especially in terms of cleanliness. They also let us stay late to check out.

Heater in living room wasn't working and property manager said he would come look at it the next day. I contacted the next day and he said he was busy and made no effort to fix it or bring a space heater, just told me to blast the heaters in the bedrooms. Finally fix myself, but this was unacceptable during the winter. Beds were uncomfortable (basically Ikea fold out things..my mother's had a big divit in it). Pick up service wasn't great. The taxi was not at the airport when I arrived so I had to wait around for him. Then dropped me in front of the apartment at night all alone and I had to stand in the cold and message to tell them I was there. I would have liked to know this in advance as it was a little scary. I also agreed to pay extra for a pickup service for my mother and was told that they would come into the airport with a sign. I reiterated this because she is old and needed help with her luggage and I was promised that they would come in. At the last minute, the driver messaged her and said he was not allowed to come into the airport with a sign because of covid which is a total lie.. and that he was going to be 20 minutes late. Fortunately she got a taxi instead.
