Very poor

Owner was hostile, accused us of breaking stuff that we didn't break. In addition, she accused us of stealing child games which is frankly absurd. The host is so unwelcoming that I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. We offered to send money for the damages, the host accepted it and the attitude was still horrendous, condescending and outright vulgar. For your own sake, don't come to this place if you don't want any trouble.

Pretty nice cabin in the mountain, with a lot of amenities for a lovely stay

It's a comfy space, in the midfle of Rhodope mountains, and it perfectly serve our goal. We went for my girlfriend's birthday and wanted to have snow, barbeque and a fireplace. The place was prewarmed, had a well equipped kitchen, several lightining options, and it seems like it's suitable for a longer stay as well. There was a big but quite friendly dog guarding right out the door. The hosts have taken into account a lot of small details, which is good to see.

One of the bathrooms smelled bad (not that much of an issue, as we sis not use it). Probably an hdmi cable will serve well.

Excellent

If you seek some tranquility in the woods, than this is your place. The house is just amazing, there is a great fireplace, the bed is very comfortable, the rooms are spacious and clean, there are two bathrooms for each room, which is very convenient. The kitchen was equipped with everything you will possibly need for a pleasant stay. Definitely recommend it and will visite again!

Уютна вила в планината

Вилата е чиста и добре поддържана, много уютна, заредена с всичко необходимо като уреди и други принадлежности. Намира се извън курорта в планината. И въпреки, че няма голям двор, има голям купол за отдих, показан на снимките. Обзаведен е с одеяла, меки постелки, пуфове и възглавници, което създава уют и за възрастни и за деца. Нашите деца бяха възхитени и много се забавляваха.

Вилата беше чиста, но посудата определено трябва да се подмени. Почти всички чинии и някои чаши бяха счупени по ръбовете. Приборите също имат нужда от подмяна с нови, защото са твърде стари и захабени. Няма тоалетна на първи етаж. Но на втория има две бани с тоалетна като едната е вътрешна към едната спалня, а другата е в общия коридор. Вилите са идентични и симпатични, но твърде близо една до друга и с малко дворно пространство.

Домик в горах

Сказочное место, шикарная природа и погода, хороший подъезд, недалеко от подьемника, до города Смолян и ближайшего Лидла 14 км по очень живописной дороге. До границы с Грецией 68 км.Вила очень ухоженная, комфортная, уютная. В ней было всё, что нужно для жизни. Продумана каждая мелочь, любая посуда, кухонная утварь, одеяла, полотенца и т.д.

Единственное, что нужно улучшить - 1) на окнах и дверях очень не хватает сеток от насекомых так как не могли держать открытыми из-за большого количества мух и потом их трудно выгнать из дома. А очень хотелось дышать чудесным горным воздухом!!!!! 2) на втором этаже в одной из ванной комнат очень протекает душевая кабинка. После того как помылись трое, на полу был потоп.... Вот эти 2 вещи улучшить, а так в остальном комфорт на 100%

Беше адски студено на 1-вия етаж, тъй като климатика работеше на студено. Кухнята доста стара и не добре оборудвана, неудобни легла. Беше адски тъмно във вилата. Няма места за паркиране пред комплекса.
