The property is located in a really quiet side of the island and really well connected to the main roads. With taxis available for pick up at really short notice. Each room is equipped with really effective AC and roof fan. Host was really helpful with any problems that appeared and available through chat. The cleaning personnel was extremely kind and professional, and even stored the bags for some hours during check out day.

The host did not provide the number of the allocated bungalow or instructions of how to enter before reaching the property. Thankfully another guest was able to contact the owner.

The property was picked because of the value for money as we were staying two weeks and needed somewhere we could cook. It isn't within walking distance to the main area but we always intended to hire scooters which we did, which made the location perfect. But taxis are cheap too if you wanted to get around. The man running the place was nice, always keen to help, and met us when we arrived even though it was really late at night. There's plenty of cutlery and crockery to use in the kitchen and the wifi was good although occasionally it dropped out. It was good to have two bedrooms and a seperate kitchen and living room.

We knew the property wasn't going to be to a high standard but it was worse than we expected. It was not cleaned to a very good standard at all. We had to get something we dropped under the sofa one day and there was an old sock under there, and we kept the curtains closed because the windowsills were so dirty. In the kitchen, the stove stop electrical lead was bodged together from two separate leads, it terrified me every time I used it. It definitely wasn't safe. We couldn't open one of the drawers on the wardrobe, and the other one was full of sawdust. We got bit constantly when we sat on the sofas. In general, it wasn't clean and the towels were awful. But, we made the best of it. It's a shame because if it was re-decorated, de-bugged, and had some time spent on it, it could be really good. A seating area out the front would be nice too.
