They are just a few minutes away from most of the things I want to see like the Burj , the mall and a number of good things about Dubai. Easy for delivery of groceries anytime of the night
Agreed time of check out was 10-11am however I was woken up by a bell earlier than 10 which was quite a bit uncomfortable since I had slept late the previous night. A suggestion would be maybe since agreed time of check out is almost an hour, it could be easy to text the client to see the time they can be at the apartment ie 10:25 0r 10:50

the location is quite convenient - if it's not too hot, then you can walk to the mall on foot. the apartment itself is nice and equipped with everything you need, but quite small for a long stay.
there were difficulties when checking in, because check-in is only up to 7 strictly! you also need a deposit - keep in mind that it must be made, so if you check in late at night, you will have to send it to the card in advance
