خدمة تسجيل الدخول وتسجيل الخروج جدا سيئه بالرغم انني ارسلت جميع البيانات للشخص المسؤول قبل وصولي ب3 ساعات حسب طلبه لتسهيل عملية تسجيل الدخول الا انا الأمر استغرق قرابة الساعه كاملة من انتظار وانا كنت مرهق جدا وقت الوصول وتكرر معي الامر في حين تسجيل الخروج حيث انه يجب حجز موعد مسبق لوقت تسجيل الخروج وبالرغم من ذلك الا انني تاخرت ايضا لحين وصول الشخص المسؤول حيث انه لايوجد استقبال في نفس المكان فقط سكيورتي

We are absolutely thrilled with our stay! This apartment is a true gem in the heart of Downtown Dubai. Waking up to that breathtaking, the view of the Burj Khalifa from the pool and the Dancing Fountains from our private balcony was a dream come true. The apartment itself was luxurious, spotlessly clean, and had every amenity we could possibly need. The highlight was the stunning infinity pool with epic skyline views. A special thank you to the hosts, Parag and Martin, for your exceptional hospitality and for making us feel so welcome. You've thought of every detail! We cannot wait to return and will definitely be recommending this perfect getaway to all our friends. Five stars!

the location is good and the room is clean and well furnished although it is missing on the electrical sockets.

check in is a nightmare! first of all there is no hotel with this name! It seems like they are renting rooms in different buildings and the building name is different. When you reach the building the security have no clue about your reservation. You need to call someone on phone, and he comes and meet you there! Additionally they are asking for high cash deposit which is not acceptable
