Polna opremljenost z vsemi pripomočki, čistili, potrebščinami, ki so potrebne za lahko potovanje. V hladilniku so bile celo nastavljene pijače za dobrodošlico. Izredno prijazno, ustrežljivo in nevsiljujoče osebje.

- The apartment has a perfect location next to the beach so in around 1 minute you get to the sea.
- All the important things including shops, restaurants etc. are very close to the apartment
- It has very spacious living room and kitchen with all the equipment you need for your stay.
- The owners are very nice, friendly and helpful and live within the building where the apartment is located. The apartment has large terrace with little sea-view.
- The apartment seems to not be well maintained - there are scratches and holes in walls, kitchen cabinets are heavily worn out so that none of its doors hold in position etc.
- The lights in the bed-rooms and kitchen are very weak and needs to be replaced
- Albeit there is a possibility to park next to the apartment it is only for departure/arrival purpose. For the rest of the stay the car must be parked far away and the spot is actually very inconvenient to park at - too little space and too close to passage with stairs so it might be quite dangerous place to park if your are not very cautious (especially during night)
- The family bed in one of the bedroom has very uncomfortable spring mattress that was painful to sleep on since one could feel each of individual strings pushing your body. The bed does not have any slats as well.
- The house with the apartment might be quite noisy during some nights. Walls seems to be very thin and one could even hear from the bedroom neighbors opening and closing water tap.
- The surrounding of the apartment does not look that good. It is actually surrounded by abandoned hotel Jadran which on one hand gives you privacy however on the other hand the hotel building dilapidates with chipped walls and rusting pipes.

It took my more than 1hour to contact with somebody responsible to get apartment. First I called booking number. After that I received SMS with another number. It was impossible to get the nuber by phone. After while somebody called my and told that another person could meet me. It was impossible to find apartment, because photo of house no one of local people know where is it. Moreover the name of apartment nobody knows. It was rainy I could get anybody by phone. Finally I sent SMS and after that later I received call and I got the right directions how to get apartment !
Parking for car was very terrible and danger. I couldnt park without assistance of another person, besides that I have round cameras system in my car. Made a very small mistatke I could seriously damage my car. They put 4 cars to the space for 3 cars. After parking there was only 10cm distance from left side parking car and 10 cm wide concret wall to step from driver side, beacause it was on the edge of downstair.
Advertised TV flat screen was unfunctional, because of lack of antena signal. I Iask second day to fix it, however until the end of my staying nothing was repair.

Amazing location, 15 meters from the beach, restaurants and shops. The beach is nice and comfortable for small kids. The apartament was very spacious and fully equipped with all we needed. The host was very friendly and easy to get in touch with any questions. Definitely recommend for family stay!
