Los muebles y el piso son viejos. Pero están funcionales. La ubicación es muy buena y tiene parking. Tiene una terraza muy amplia donde se puede tomar el sol.

Everything was perfect

The location of the appartement is excellent, the entrance is on the ground floor and easy accessible while the balcony is on the fourth floor as the building is on a hill. we loved that. The balcony is on the south side and has all day son which can be too much in the summer but in March was perfect. there is no parasol though but it is possible to get shade under the balcony which is above. The appartement is very solid and the floor plan very practical and nice. Both windows of the balcony can be opened and that makes it look more spacious. There are enough cupboards and hangers, the kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom has everything one needs. Beds are good. The view to the garden is beautiful and the garden is very nice and pleasant.

The appartement hasn’t been renewed since it was built probably so it is not very fancy. The bathtub can’t clean properly because of that. The doors, kitchen cupboards and bathroom doors are all lose and can’t close properly. The air conditioning is poor and we couldn’t find the way how to heat in the evening. The owner sent us a movie and three days later the cleaning lady came to try it but she also didn’t manage. We haven’t seen the owner and only communicated with her by WhatsApp or phone. she was responding very quickly. But we lost a lot of time in the first few days by trying to fix or report everything that didn’t work so that it doesn’t come out as we damaged these things and would be taken from our deposit. We found this annoying as we couldn’t understand that things that take little time to fix are not done before the guests come. The owner offered us to move to the appartement next to ours which looked better and was renewed but the door between the two rooms in that apartment was damaged and for us it was important to be able to separate the rooms so we didn’t move. occasionally it was very noisy because the neighbors below and in the other spots in the building were renovating their apartments.
