Breakfasts on level 5 were excellent with panoramic views over the Bosphorous - good selection of food with fried & scrambled eggs which I appreciated

Nice location, close to the main attractions in the old city. Very good breakfast on the terrace, it’s worth to pay for it.

It should be a 5 stars but looks like an average 4. Some people of the staff are quite rude (except for cleaning leadies, extremely kind and polite). Spa is ok but really nothing special, extreme temperature difference between sauna/turkish bath and common areas (very cold due to AC). I found the guy at the spa a bit rude and not very kind. Rooms are average. On our first day, the shower was broken and there was a bad smell in the bathroom. They managed to fix it, but left the bathroom and part of the room very dirty, we had to wait for the cleaning service of the day after. In general, I did not feel welcome.
