Very uncomfortable!!!

Very bad location, even terrible – it’s in an industrial zone surrounded only by warehouses. In the hotel it feels like there are no walls at all, with absolutely no soundproofing. It’s better not to stay here, unless you work in one of the nearby warehouses. Very uncomfortable!!!

So disappointed in the location, no sign online that it's in an industrial working area. Trackdrivers working and loud loading during thw whole night! As a plus, we woke up for construction workers demolishing the walls literally next to our room!!! Outraging, not sure why they put anyone in that room at all. And the stuff didn't speak in English...

Decent hotel despite it location

The hotel is modern and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful when was needed. Was a good choice given the price and will consider it again if I go back. Some reviews do exaggerate the negatives but if you don't mind a bit of walk to beach (12min to closest or 20min to central parth). La Cañada shopping centre is 35min walk but be prepared as it mostly uphill but worth worth it

The location is somewhat questionable given it is around the industrial area, with nothing around just few cafes that cater to mostly to the workers in area and closed over weekends.The area looks a bit dodgy especially evenings but we had no issues walking as long as you stick to main road.

Decent value hotel in a secondary location

Fairly basic hotel with a decent room and shower, excellent value for a night or two. Car park underneath although it has limited spaces so book if possible

Booking process is weird - it was through booking.com but there's an odd payment process which needs to change as I was bombarded with ridiculous emails. Location is in an industrial area hence the price

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone unless you want to get taxis everywhere.

The hotel was nice and the staff too. It was quiet and everything was clean and tidy.

The area was horrible. I couldn’t walk to the shop without passing blocks with groups of people out the front eying me up. Even our taxi driver said to never be walking around the area, so for this reason we left early and moved into the city Center where we’d feel comfortable to even walk nearby our stay. It’s right next to a beer factory too which wasn’t too pleasant, but this wasn’t the main issue.

A terrible surprise at Marbella

Kind staff, has a self service laundry. Bright and decorated environment.

Bad breakfast, very few options and nothing fresh, not even the fruits. Tiny towels and in poor condition. Non-touristy location in the middle of bus terminals and auto repair shops. It has no acoustic insulation, you can hear absolutely everything that goes on in the hallway and neighboring rooms. Parking is paid separately and only has 5 places. The view from my room was a tire depot! There was a column inside the shower box leaving no space to shower, just awful! I do not recommend it at all!

All, same as hostel, just that you not share the room, but the noise from all other rooms, bathrooms , noise from factory beer wich is neighbour with hotel,all is shared. Is located in a very bad areea, only with drug people in night, gipsys who ask you money or steal you . 1 km to a bad beach .Better you pay 200-300€extra to a better hotel than to ruin your vacations!

amazing for the price we paid. staff were very very nice and hotel was modern with lovely interior. great size room and en suite. location is decent too right near playa padre beach club 9 mins walk from beach. not super far from centre either.

industrial area but didn’t bother me. also breakfast was meant to be a choice of continental and hot food but we got told it was only continental as it’s the weekend? which didn’t make sense to me but I’m not sure if it was because the hotel was quiet. still not a bad deal though all in all!

Great Staff, Great value for money

Good location with easy access to Marbella city centre and quick access to motorway. Good size rooms, comfy beds undergoing parking which is essential if you travel by car. Hotel staff is super nice and polite and I’ve stayed already twice already. Definitely can will visit again! Thank you!!!

Could upgrade with some English speaking programs or music TV Chanels, but this isn’t essential.

Good quality for the price you’ll pay

The place was newly redesign and that gave a great sensation of quality. It was the best quality for the price I paid for sure.

You can hear everything around and the location is not the best. It’s like if the walls were very thin. Otherwise all was good. I’ll come back for sure and it’s very cheap for what it is.
