El apartamento es muy cómodo y bonito. Relación calidad-precio inmejorable. La ubicación es cerca del centro. El A/C funciona muy bien. La cocina muy completa. Nos encantó quedarnos aquí. Parking Las Delicias cerca del alojamiento (18€ por 24h o 1,8€ por hora). Gran detalle que te dejan sobres de café soluble, te, sal, pimienta, azúcar, etc.
La calle da un poco mal rollo, pasan muchos grupos de personas bebidas y en sustancias raras. Además, la puerta de la finca se abre tan solo empujándola, no se necesita llave. Durante 3 de los 4 días de nuestra estancia, la finca tenía un olor muy fuerte a humedad, aunque el último día ya no olía. Por otro lado, las toallas olían también bastante a humedad.

We had to go to the city center office to do the usual paperwork and get the instructions how to get into the property. From the booking.com website and the confirmation of HolidaystoMalaga it was not quite clear that we had to but suppose common sense made us do so, which turned out to be the right thing. Silvia at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful and within no time we were on our way to the flat. We chose the flat because of its location.
The mattress of the master bedroom was too soft for us but I suppose that is a personal preference. The sofa bed in the living room had no cushions as a backrest. We just used some of the spare pillows which was ok but not perfect. But because we spent hardly any time during the day in the flat it didn't really matter.

El apartamento estaba cerca del centro de Málaga, de la calle Larios, la Catedral, el puerto.
El interior del portal olía a humedad, el ascensor no subía desde la planta baja, tenías que subir un piso para poder cogerlo. Daba la sensación de estar un poco abandonado.
Llegar de viaje y ser eso lo primero con lo que te encuentras, desmoraliza un poco.
El apartamento en sí estaba limpio, pero los cajones de las mesillas hubo que repasarlos porque había pelos y suciedad en ellos.
Una de las habitaciones no tenía armario por lo que si vas para muchos días no tienes donde colgar la ropa.
Aire acondicionado solo en el salón.
