Lage zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt ist gut.
Parkplatzsuche dauert ein wenig. Mieter des Hauses - neben dem Appartement - sind "gewöhnungsbedürftig".

Sehr geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet, liegt die Wohnung sehr praktisch zwischen Bahnhof und Wilhelmsplatz. Alles ist gut fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt.

דירה יפה, מטופחת ומרווחת, מרוהטת ומצוידת, המטבח מאובזר היטב. מרכז העיר נמצא במרחק הליכה קצר.
ידענו מראש שאין בדירה מזגן, בגרליץ ובסביבה אין כמעט מזגנים בבתי המלון, מאווררים היו יכולים להקל על החום אבל אין. עדיף לא להגיע לשם בקיץ. בארבעת הימים ששהינו בדירה לא הוחלפו מגבות ולא פונו פחי האשפה, לא קבלנו שום שירות.
