Great position, lovely view. Easy parking.
Not comfortable sleeping, no place to put shoes and coats, you enter directly in the kitchen with no hallway. Smell in the bathroom.

Everything except what I am going to mention below
The fold-out couch was not prepared for sleeping. We could not find bed-linen. There were no towels for those two people. The fold-out couch was not comfortable for sleeping at all. One big blanket is never good for 2 people, expeciallly when they are not a couple
