    We booked this hotel through Agoda, by seeing a good options in the hotel. However, it looked this is a hotel only for Alcohol lovers. Their major business is with the attached bar, full of noices with the youngsters. When we visited in the night, there was nobody to open the gate, finally we were asked to go to another gate, where the security told us that he thought we were for the drinks. The hotel room looked good, but the AC was not working on the second day. Only an young chap who was taking care of the facilities in the night, didn't understand any thing except in Malayalam. Though intercom was available we were asked to call over mobiles. Room service was poor, as there was not enough staff. The second day, the did not clean the room at all. Really not recomending for family or business people stay there. Agodo should consider this from their promotion, otherwise Agodo will get bad name and will loose business for recomending this hotel.
