Modern Serenity by The Creek was a fantastic place to stay. It has two master suites and two sofa beds for sleeping. Additional amenities included four fireplaces and TVs including one outside on the back porch. The hot tub was great as well.
The location is right in Hochatown near lots to do. Make sure you see the park and the lake.

Provided more detailed feedback to host who seemed dismissive since all other reviews were all 5 stars.
-Multiple chipped dishes
-Disgusting grill brush
-Outdoor bed swing cover was gross.
-One bedroom plug did not work
-Upstairs pull out couch mattress badly stained
-Dog Hair in property
-Scuffed walls and scrapes
-Fire Pit cracked and separating
-Outside lights dirty and stained.
-Burned out light bulbs.
Note the river shown will likely be a completely dry creek certain times of the year.
In my opinion the value proposition is lacking until the host addresses some of these issues.
