About this house rental
Comfortable. spacious, & cozy home. This spacious getaway is right across from the Florida Caverns State Park, 1.5 mi to MERE Sports Complex, & 2.5 mi to Chipola College. Large groups welcome! Plenty of yard to move around in outside. Bicycles are available to ride down to the local park and enjoy ducks on the water, disc golf or walking track. Enjoy rest and relaxation while you visit Jackson County.

Love the house and the area. The photos are accurate, and the house was clean. There is plenty of parking for large groups in the driveway and next to the shed at the end of the sidewalk. The yard is gigantic! Part of the yard is fenced and was perfect to let our pup and kids play in. The house is huge. Our party of eleven ranged from 6 months to 66 years and included a 160lb dog. There was plenty of room for comfortable gatherings and enough space for all of us to have our quiet time. Nikki is a very responsive host. We had one slight glitch; she answered our call immediately. The issue was resolved within a few minutes. If our group is back in the area, we will definitely stay at Caverns Crossing again.

GREAT PLACE. We had our son, daughter in law, their 3 daughters, our grandson and 2 dogs. Plenty of space for all of us inside and outside The kids loved the game room. Directly across from the caverns. We would definitely recommend this house.

Great location. Plenty of room. Large yard.
The not so good:
Dated 70s decor.
No smoke detectors in thw house though it is state law to have them in every bedroom.
I called the fire dept who confimed the requirement and said they would give us 2 for free. I informed Nikki. She did offer to refund our stay but there was nowhere to stay given there was an event in town.
She did let us know there would be an upcoming parade and when and where there would be a road closed.
2 porch lights were out, as were 3 bulbs in ceiling fan in the master.
Red ant hills in the yard and one in the driveway by the house.
One toilet was not bolted down in guest bedroom.
We brought clothes that needed hanging up but there were zero hangars supplied.
Never could find the bikes that were advertised as available.
Price was excessive given the quality.
