The house is located in the heart of Lake City. It is within walking distance of numerous restaurants, an ice cream parlor, a bakery, and many other locations downtown. Two blocks from the county beach which has a public park and swimming area. This is a quiet neighborhood to have a relaxing family vacation.

The property was contemporary and nicely done. We even had an adventure. The battery in the smoke detector went out in the middle of the night (as they always do....). Thank you for leaving extra batteries in the kitchen junk drawer! The entire adventure lasted about 10 minutes. The upstairs was much cooler after the beds were moved to unblock the vents. Overall, you rate a good strong A. Thanks.
