About this apartment rental

Typical marseille apartment 43 m2 (crossing North/South) + 12 m2 of terrace (south facing) on the 3rd and last floor, without elevator, located in the arty and lively district of Cours Julien/Notre Dame du Mont /Plaine. Close to amenities and beach metro. This small perch is atypical and comfortable furnished in a personal way. It has a bedroom with double bed + open kitchen and shower room with window overlooking the terrace. It is very bright. Wifi Fiber + Primevideo
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The room is north facing so it is not too hot in the summer and there is a fan. For cleaning, I do not take any fees on Vrbo but a contribution of 40 euros will be requested on your departure in cash.

Extremely cute apartment with amazing balcony, great location, easy check in/out, and communicative host. The balcony really makes the apartment. The only thing that doesn’t match the description is the bed—it’s definitely smaller than a king bed (I think it’s a full bed). Definitely hot in July without AC but very worth it for the decor, terrace, view and the neighborhood!

The owner was so helpful and communicated quickly! Unfortunately it was so intensely hot while we were in Marseille. I didn’t take that into consideration when I booked an apartment with no AC. We ended up leaving a day early because there was absolutely no breeze coming through the windows. I would definitely stay again, but when it was cooler! Otherwise the unit was really lovey and located in a great neighborhood.
