Elegant and modern apartment located within the La Cittadella residence equipped with a swimming pool, in Manerba del Garda.
The semi-detached apartment is situated on the ground floor, surrounded by an unenclosed private garden. The entrance opens onto an open-plan living area furnished with a large double sofa bed, facing the television, and a modern-design open kitchen, equipped with a peninsula table with wooden stools and all amenities. The light-toned furnishings and the presence of two large French doors make the space very bright: these lead to the private portico which boasts a lounge area with a sofa, an armchair and a dining table, with a view of the shared swimming pool. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and French door with access to the rear garden; one also features an en-suite bathroom with shower. An additional bathroom with shower and washing machine complete the apartment.

The town of Manerba is immersed in the green hills of the Valtenesi and inland the agricultural estates offer tastings of Garda oil and D.O.C. wines, horse riding experiences, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily accessible by bus, and well connected with the main attractions. The residential nucleus is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a height overlooking the lake, a destination for pleasant walks within the Orientated Natural Reserve of the Rocca and the Sasso, from where it is possible to see much of Lake Garda and some of its islands.
The apartment is located 20 minutes by car from Desenzano railway station and approximately 46 km from Verona airport.
