🧹 Check-out (Kitchen & Trash): Upon departure, we kindly ask you to leave the kitchen area tidy, with all dishes washed and put away. It is also mandatory not to leave trash inside the apartment; bags must be disposed of in the residence’s designated bins.
🏊 Pools: Using a swimming cap is mandatory for all guests.
🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. You may only smoke on the outdoor porch using the ashtrays.
🤫 Quiet Hours: Please avoid loud noises and shouting, especially from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and after 11:00 PM.
⚽ Green Areas: The garden is for relaxation; ball games or other disturbing activities are not allowed. It is also forbidden to hang laundry in common green areas.
🚫 Barbecue: For safety reasons, the use of charcoal, wood, or open-flame barbecues is forbidden.

This probably one of the best locations you could find. Right on the lake , beautiful landscaped property, wonderful pool in a peaceful residential,setting. This property is close to all the great restaurants in Moniga del Garda and Manerba del Garda. Also close to Gardagolf and Arzaga,golf. The unit is nicely appointed with everything you need. The first floor unit open on to a nice patio with great views of the lake. It has a modern kitchen with nice European cabinets . The property is gated so not a worry about security. Tiziana and Mauriso were wonderful hosts who met us late at night because our flights were delayed Very easy communication with them. You won’t be disappointed staying here! We will be back next May for another golfing trip!

The hostess gave us a very warm welcome. The facility is really beautiful and the view of Lake Garda fantastic. On the terrace of the apartment you can have breakfast overlooking the lake. It is only a few meters to the water and you can also eat really delicious in the bar next door. We were very lucky and had sunny weather throughout. However, since the apartment has air conditioning, the heat was not a problem. All in all, we would go there again in any cas

Our stay was amazing. The property was beautiful, very clean, it was perfect for us. Tiziana and Maurizio are great host. Very nice couple. Great comunication before and after our stay. We will definitely would love to come back and stay here. We recommend this property 100%.
