Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Raffine apartments

Small,but light and airy apartmentsmall in a pleasant block, ideally situated close to centre of the beautiful and lively st Jean Cap Ferat.. Having a place to park was the icing on the cake, as we could park up for our 3 day stay and walk everywhere. Loved the outside space, and although kitchenette very tiny, it was very well equipped with everything one could think of or need. Wasn't sure what to expect, after one or two negative reviews but we were very happy there and the place was reasonably clean and decor in a good state . Easy to walk to Beaulieu sur Mer, and the Jardines de Rotheschild which is well worth a visit. (some hills involved)

No viable wifi, the owner did provide us with some log in details but it kept falling in and out every few seconds so we weren't able to use whilst there, BUT TO BE FAIR it does state in the info that there is no wifi. Not a problem for us but the bedroom is very small, with one side of bed right against the patio doors.

the apartment is next to the road, so it's a bit noisy. But if you close the windows and blinds, then it's quieter

Very disappointing

We know the residence for having stayed a number of times in units in the back of the building. We liked the pool area and the location in Saint jean.t

The ceiling paint was peeling in the living room and bedroom. The shower turned the bathroom into a pool so my sister had to use the pool shower. The furniture was mediocre at best. The unit was very close to the road so very noisy with the traffic, and this should have been mentioned. This was not up to a normal rental standard and vastly overpriced. The owner needs to upgrade and fix the problems before he rents again.

Perfect little place to stay in Cap Ferrat

Very welcoming and attentive hosts in a lovely sweet little flat with a balcony, exceptionally well situated in Cap Ferrat. The parking space was a great bonus too as well as the pool. I would definitely recommend this place for 1-2 people to stay in!

Victor is the best host - very kind and helpful! The apartment is lovely, such as the neighborhood. Beautiful and quiet tarace where u can eat and spend free time. Excellent choice for a couple - we will definitely come back here someday :)

A Magical Weekend

Convenient for the “town” which is about a 3 min walk. It’s an apartment in a complex where we hardly saw another soul. The location is affluent and felt safe. The apartment has a nice little balcony, and the shower was a good size. Don’t expect AC, as you will get a fan, but I don’t have AC at home so it’s not an issue. There is a decent pool too. The owner provided plenty of updates and was always available via text, he’s clearly friendly and helpful.

The road outside isn’t what you could ever describe as a main road, but it is the only road down to the front and it’s fairly busy. There is an iron, but there isn’t an ironing board so the ironing facilities are…an iron.

Overall a great stay in a very beautiful part of Cote d'Azur

The property is in a very good location, a couple of minutes from the restaurants in the Port area and about 10mins from two main beaches. The host is very accommodating and flexible.

The apartment wasn't cleaned to the standard I expected. The kitchen cabinets were dirty, dust everywhere, glass doors to the balcony not cleaned

Déçue, à part l'emplacement de la résidence.

Résidence proche du centre ville et de la plage, sécurisée et agrémentée d'une piscine. Petite terrasse.

Deux pièces au premier étage donnant directement sur la rue principale donc beaucoup de bruit toute la matinée et en soirée. Pas de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle. La douche à l'italienne semble être mal conçue, à chaque douche toute la salle de bains est inondée. Dans la chambre et le séjour, les plafonds sont abîmés, la peinture se décolle. La prise électrique de la chambre n'est pas bien fixée au mur laissant apparaître les fils.

Parfaitement placé et très agréable à vivre. La piscine ajoute encore à cet appartement raffiné.

La rue juste devant est passante et un peu bruyante. Mais si proche du centre c’est obligé.
