Eine hervorragende Ferienwohnung in direkter Nähe zu Nizza und Monaco. Die Anlage ist ruhig, und in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Hafen gelegen. Der Balkon ist klasse - wir konnten so Ostern im Freien frühstücken!

Small,but light and airy apartmentsmall in a pleasant block, ideally situated close to centre of the beautiful and lively st Jean Cap Ferat.. Having a place to park was the icing on the cake, as we could park up for our 3 day stay and walk everywhere. Loved the outside space, and although kitchenette very tiny, it was very well equipped with everything one could think of or need. Wasn't sure what to expect, after one or two negative reviews but we were very happy there and the place was reasonably clean and decor in a good state . Easy to walk to Beaulieu sur Mer, and the Jardines de Rotheschild which is well worth a visit. (some hills involved)
No viable wifi, the owner did provide us with some log in details but it kept falling in and out every few seconds so we weren't able to use whilst there, BUT TO BE FAIR it does state in the info that there is no wifi.
Not a problem for us but the bedroom is very small, with one side of bed right against the patio doors.

Résidence proche du centre ville et de la plage, sécurisée et agrémentée d'une piscine. Petite terrasse.
Deux pièces au premier étage donnant directement sur la rue principale donc beaucoup de bruit toute la matinée et en soirée. Pas de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle. La douche à l'italienne semble être mal conçue, à chaque douche toute la salle de bains est inondée. Dans la chambre et le séjour, les plafonds sont abîmés, la peinture se décolle. La prise électrique de la chambre n'est pas bien fixée au mur laissant apparaître les fils.
