Quiet location. Very close to the piste what lets you ski nearly from and to the apartament. Close to the walking trails

If I am to complain about was the squeaky floor in the apartament. It was not troublesome during the daytime though.

Für 3 Nächte in Ordnung, nichts für geruchsempfindliche Menschen.

Schöne und ruhige Lage mit Blick über Matrei. Die Küche ist außerordentlich gut ausgestattet, sogar Kuchen backen wäre möglich gewesen. Nur fehlte z.B. Salz, was ich als frei zu verwenden von bisherigen Unterkünften mit Küche kenne. Die Betten waren die bequemsten, in denen ich bisher in einer FeWo geschlafen habe.

Es handelt sich um das ausgebaute DG des Hauses, in den beiden unteren Stockwerken lebt die Familie. Leider sind starke Raucher darunter, so dass trotz der stets geschlossenen Zimmertür am Treppenaufgang zum DG der abgestandene & frische Rauch nach oben zieht. Sehr unangenehm. Außerdem knarzt, dem Alter des Hauses geschuldet, der gesamte Fußboden bei jedem Schritt.

Nagyon kedves szállásadó, szép tiszta szállás, csodás kilátás a hegyekre, a településre, csend.

Gyönyörű kilátás Matreire és a hegyekre.

Szobákban a mosdókagylók helyett még egy fürdőszoba jó lett volna.

Je recommande cette appartement de vacances pour son confort et sa situation.

L'emplacement avec super vue ensoleillée, du balcon de la chambre, sur Matrei et les montagnes environnantes, du début d'après-midi jusqu'au soir. L'équipement de l'appartement et de la cuisine où rien ne manque. La disponibilité de la propriétaire qui habite en dessous, mais qui ne parle qu'allemand, mais malgré cela il n'y a pas de difficulté pour se faire comprendre, car elle est très à l'écoute du moindre détail.

Tout était parfait, mais attention aux personnes handicapées ayant des difficultés de marcher : il y a 25 marches extérieures pour accéder à l'appartement qui est au deuxième et dernier étage de cette ferme, d'où la vue magnifique ....

Za mne super místo, skvělí majitelé, nádherný výhled.

Ubytování na super místě, i s nedostatkem sněhu jsme se dostali na svah Kuchyň plně vybavena, vše plně k dispozici. Moc milá majitelka. Na přivítanou jsme dostali domácí vajíčka a sladkosti

Kouř byl cítit jak z ručníků, tak povlečení, vrzající podlaha byla v noci nepříjemná. Přístup do apartmánu byl po strmých schodech, šle nic, co by člověk nevěděl předem
