Nuostabi vieta pačiame Klaipėdos senamiestyje, bute buvo visko, ko reikia, šeimininkas taip pat pasiūlė privačią mokamą parkavimo aikštelę.
Buvo sudėtinga maudytis duše, vanduo subėga per lėtai ir per viršų liejasi ant grindų, todėl reikia naudoti labai mažą srovę. Lova nepatogi dviem žmonėm miegoti, per minkšta, kūnai sukrenta į centrą.
