Location and view. Michael was very welciming when we arrived. The pie in the freezer was a nice touch.
Tons of ants. In particular by the sliding door and hot tub. Let dog out there once but that was it. Many bugs inside as well. No fan or ac as indicated in listed if amenities. . Though it was coolish but more damp than cool.

Loved the view and location was far enough away from everything that still felt on vacation but close enough to get what we needed when we needed it
