Comfortable beds,clean, plenty towels, lots of light, modern furnishings.

The outside needs work and the grounds need upkeep. The house directly across the street is not attractive. This is something owner cannot control or fix but if you want to enjoy the closed in porch it is what you are looking at.

Having 4 big beds

Initially we thought house was clean when we walked in, but found the upstairs bathroom was not cleaned from last guests. Hair all over tub and floor, no towels of any sorts upstairs. The floors downstairs you could see through holes into basement. Saw centipede in bathroom downstairs. Also house across the street was very trashy.
