High floor, nice view of KLCC from living room, infinity pool with KLCC view, swift check in and out, good bed and shower, plenty pool access cards
Second room - door is transparent, noise from lift outside, not suitable for light sleeper. No kitchen towel. Aircond in living room giving misleading indicator light - red is on.

Nothing unique
I didn’t like that I was very late to check in and I had 3 kids under 7 following a 13 hour flight which made me frustrated
I didn’t like the company responsible for contacting me they could have been more friendly while reponding I did not like the tone of the msgs between us that was me
The building is so amazing that it made going up and down the elevator so difficult sometimes it took up 30 minutes just to leave and find an empty elevator (note the building has 7 elevator)
