Eaton Residences KLCC by Plush

We loved everything about this property. The apartment was beautiful, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was excellent and convenient, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was perfect for our family, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Honestly, we had no complaints. Everything was excellent.

location was great. I stayed for one night hence i did not explore much, just the pool

so many people on the pool

Easy check-in! Towels are sufficient. Spacious living room

No wardrobe in the second room and there’s only a mirror, which located in the toilet. Should have at least 1 more. It can be either in the living room or in the main room

Nothing unique

I didn’t like that I was very late to check in and I had 3 kids under 7 following a 13 hour flight which made me frustrated I didn’t like the company responsible for contacting me they could have been more friendly while reponding I did not like the tone of the msgs between us that was me The building is so amazing that it made going up and down the elevator so difficult sometimes it took up 30 minutes just to leave and find an empty elevator (note the building has 7 elevator)
