open chip bags were left in the cupboard, some hair was on the flooring, smells like gray water out side because your next to an RV site. The morning was load because the main area is below your sleeping quarters so you could hear people in the morning

The property was in a spectacular position, fabulous views of the ocean and beach. The property was large and comfortable. We would definitely go back.
The property wasn’t well stocked. Only 2 dessert spoons and 1 teaspoon, no coffee or tea, salt and pepper and we had to wash a lot of the dishes and crockery as they were not clean. We think there was a leak under the sink in the ensuite. The property itself could benefit from a revamp as it is a bit tired.

The cost of the property was affordable - it is a very large space with a huge deck so that is also great and it is right on the ocean
The wifi was really spotty which was frustrating - the TV didnt work - there were minimal items in the kitchen to use

Location was exceptional washrooms were poor, smelled of urine
Washroom smelled of urine we couldn’t control the heat, to hot had to leave the windows open
