Spacious. Clean. Quiet. Beautiful back yard. Nice to be greeted and given a tour of the property. Answered any questions we had promptly. Clear instructions when checking out.
Need to provide a big tea pot for those of us who drink tea :)

The property is a bit out of Victoria but a lovely neighbourhood!
The property needed a bit of TLC. Lawn not mowed, outside lights not hooked up and a few things in the house needed fixing but owner very accommodating with requests and upfront about things that needed fixing.
