About this house rental

Great summer rental - short walking distance to beach, train and downtown Spring Lake. The first floor includes kitchen, family room, dining areas, sunroom/office, full bath and large bedroom. There are 4 bedrooms on the second floor. Beach and pool passes included. The house is on a corner property with large front lawn and patio to relax on wonderful summer nights. Pet friendly. Come enjoy a vacation at the beach!

This was a great place to stay for a week at the beach! We had everything we needed! The house had plenty of toys for our little ones to play with. We were able to walk to the beach every day. The beach chairs and badges were just what we needed so we didn’t have to worry about renting chairs/beach supplies. Megan was a great host and easy to communicate with

Had a wonderful week with 3 generations of extended family, swimming, beaching, yard games and relaxation. Truly a lovely home, perfect for families.

The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. This was a last minute decision for a quick getaway with our adult children and friends. The house was spacious, well equipped with a stocked kitchen, washer dryer and nice backyard seating. We had guests coming from NYC so the proximity to the train was so helpful. It’s also an easy walk or bike to town and the beach in a very nice quiet neighborhood. We hope to return next summer.
