Awesome house, has everything you could possibly need. Great set up. Proximity to downtown and the beach is great. We walked everywhere. The Tap House and Olea both just a block or two walk. Easy 2 min drive to Whole Foods. The home is comfortable, clean, and spacious. Would highly recommend. Agata was wonderful and answered any questions we had.

Family arrived from 4 different locations and the first to arrive had no problems with the check in process. The home was beautiful with many areas to be able to do some work, take phone calls without disturbing others. The backyard was perfect for family dinner and sitting around conversations! We were only in town for 3 nights, and had to attend wedding functions, so did not get to use the house to the fullest (no cooking) but we loved our mini vacation by the beach (the 30 something generation walked down, but hubby and I drove, lol).
