This coastal older open space home with 4 beds+2 full couch beds close to everything.1 mile off HWY I-95 Exit 3,HWY 17.40.With 2 driveways.For people that have plans,looking for a affordable,clean,convenient place to run around. All beds are changed after each guest’s stay. The linens are white because they are bleached and cleaned after every guest. The floor tiles throughout the house are also thoroughly cleaned between stays.

My family and I stayed here for the night on the way to our family vacation in Destin. Property was clean and well lit as we came in late on Friday night. No issues on checking in and the owner even had the pull out beds made as we were using all beds during our stay. Would definitely book again.

The home was spacious for a family of 5. It was great place to stay as we traveled on I-95. The home is conveniently located and well-maintained. There are plenty of items provided by the host.

First the good news - property is very conveniently located to I-95, on a safe residential street. Cottage is spacious.
Now the bad news - Mattresses are uncomfortable and need to be replaced. Linens and toilets were clean but that is it. Out of more than 40 VRBOs we stayed in by now, this was the filthiest. The floors were tacky. Counters, dining table and end tables were all dirty. Grace seems to want to please her customers, but she will have to step up her cleaning if she is serious about running this VRBO.
