About this house rental
Put your towel on your shoulder, put on the flip-flops and walk down the street (160m) to immerse yourself in the clear waters of the bay of Launay.
Our house welcomes you on a large garden of 1300m² carefully maintained. Children can play there in safety and parents can pick the vegetables of the moment in the vegetable garden.
Enjoy the evenings in a large veranda open to the garden with relaxation area and dining area.
Three bedrooms. On the first floor, a 140x190 bed. Upstairs, an attic bedroom, a 140x190 bed and a small bedroom with a 90x190 bed and a window that opens onto the sea.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
Enjoy the barbecue in the garden and the table tennis table.
The GR 34 passes at the bottom of the property to visit the fishing port of Pors Even. Visit Paimpol and its large Tuesday market, the castle of La Roche Jagu, the abbey of Beauport... Take the speedboat (you can go there on foot by the GR) to spend a change of scenery in Bréhat.
In short, everything is in place in Launay to make your stay unforgettable.

Typical french holiday house, as expected. Very clean and a mixture of some older and totally refurbished rooms. Everything fully functional and a collection of Music CD with good taste. Lots of possibilities to sit and relaxe. We used to live in the Wintergarten mainly for all meals. The garden is very big and we were able to take some vegetables form their gardening and the highlight for our daughter were the two big blueberry trees when the fruits got ready to eat. The second green in front of the house was good to play or to use a hammock between some trees. To the beach is just 3min to go. The beach is stony but dependent on the tides there is lots of sand to enter the sea. There a wonderful treks to hike to the south and to the harbour to enter isle de Bréhat. We had a wonderful stay with our daughters aged 17 and 19. Both had their rooms and everybody could relaxe as they wanted.
