About this apartment rental
In a pretty secure residence, with tennis court, of the "Normandy hamlet" type, the beach and the Marcel Proust promenade are just a stone's throw away! Very pleasant accommodation (bright with its bay window), renovated, you will be ideally located a few minutes walk from the center, the casino, the beach and the train station! The accommodations are about 24 m2, it is suitable for a couple with 2 children or 3 adults. It is located on the first floor, with a separate room for single beds (recent bedding). Its garden is a real asset! Two free bicycles are available on site. The accommodations are not suitable for children under 2 years old. Linen is provided. Parking is done outside the residence, in the street (no problem even in summer to find a place). Pets are not allowed.

The property was clean and as described but what we hadn't realised was we had to walk through the child's bedroom to use the bathroom at night, which wasn't ideal. However the apartment location was great and the beach is fabulous.
