A lovely property in a great position. My only critique would be that they asked for a €500 cash deposit on arrival and weren't prepared to give a receipt, a form of receipt was agreed on by us both signing a contract I had with me. The deposit was returned on leaving , it was not mentioned in the ad about cash and how much.

Nous avons passé un excellent week end de la Pentecote dans votre appartement qui est trés propre ,fonctionnel ,confortable,et très bien situé ,proche du centre ville . Je n ai pas eu besoin de prendre mon véhicule tout se fait à pied .Je le recommande sans hésitation .Je reviendrais ....

Nous étions 2 et nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Cabourg et ses environs. L'appartement est conforme aux photos et à la description. Il est très propre, très bien entretenu et très bien équipé. Il est au calme et proche de la promenade Marcel Proust et de la mer, et pas très loin du centre ville. Je recommande vivement !

Environnement plage et promenade à quelques dizaines de mètres. Accueil ponctuel et convivial. Appartement bien pensé avec grande pièce à vivre, pour l'essentiel moderne et "comme neuf" (hormis la salle d'eau). Manifestement très bien entretenu, loin des locations impersonnelles à répétition. Box fermé proche en sous-sol sécurisé pour amateurs (pas d'obligation compte tenu des possibilités de parking). A recommander.

Schöne Tage in Cabourg, trotz Hitze und vielen Menschen in der Hochsaison haben wir uns gut entspannt. Abseits des Trubels schöne Spaziergänge am Strand bei Niedrigwasser. Wohnung war prima, Parkplatz allerdings gewöhnungsbedürftig, eng im Untergeschoss. Daür trocken und sicher.
