The open kitchen faces the living room and is fully equipped: a glass-ceramic stove, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a dishwasher are all at your disposal. Kitchen utensils, dishes, silverware, and dish towels are provided, so you can cook however you like.

The bathroom is comfortably equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, window, large mirror, and toilet. The basic amenities also include a washing machine for your use, a clothes rack, a vacuum cleaner, and a coat rack in the entryway.
