We are delighted to place this apartment back in the Holiday Rentals markets after a few years break and eager to offer the wonderful accommodation experience that granted us excellent 5* reviews in the past ( please check them out in the reviews section within this advert ).
Spacious one bedroom apartment offering accommodation for two guests, quietly tucked away within an elegant 30's building served by two lifts and overlooking a trees lined private space, hence ensuring peace and tranquility despite our vibrant location.
The building is located only yards away from worldwide known Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, residence of the late Princess of Wales, whose state apartments may be visited and currently home to the Dukes of Cambridge.
It offers 55 Square Meters of contemporary living space and comprises of one double bedroom with a 140 x 200 CMS high quality mattress, fully equipped kitchen featuring Bosch and Balay appliances, spacious living room, and a modern bathroom.
In addition it offers two lifts, concierge, CCTV security system, night patrol for added security, super fast WIRELESS internet access, impressive 50' LED SMART INTERNET TV set, fire alarm and entryphone.
The apartment is surrounded by and abundance of rightly priced restaurants and eateries which will make cooking a thing of the past during your holiday.

Très bonne situation sur Queensway, artère populaire animée (mais l'appartement, qui donne sur une cour intérieure, est très calme). A 50m, supermarché alimentaire Sainsbury ouvert jusqu'à minuit. A 100 m, deux stations de métro, Bayswater à gauche, Queensway à droite, qui desservent les deux principales lignes : Circle line et central line. Nombreux pubs et restaurants aux alentours (on a aimé : Mandarin kitchen (sur queensway) pour ses nouilles au homard, Santorini taverna (sur Moscow road) et Aphrodite taverna (sur Hereford road) pour leur cuisine grecque. A deux pas, les jardins de Kensington.
L'appartement, décoré avec beaucoup de gout, est très agréable à vivre.(pour un couple). Très bons aménagement et équipement (free wi-fi, grande TV écran plat, malheureusement sans France 24 ni TV5 monde).

"Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans ce très bel appartement. Tout est conforme à la description du site. C''est un joli appartement très propre et très pratique grâce à sa proximité avec les stations de métro Queensway et BaysWater, ainsi que les supermarchés et fast food tout près. Il faut aussi faire un petit tour à Hyde Park à seulement quelques mètres! Après une longue journée de marche dans les rues de Londres, retrouver cet appartement était un grand réconfort, nous nous sentions comme à la maison. Le propriétaire a pensé à tout notamment à remettre une fiche technique pour se servir de l''électroménager... si bien que l''on s''y sent très à l''aise. Il a même eu une attention pour nos parents, qui n''ont pas pu venir au dernier moment, en leur offrant un petit cadeau. Je recommande vivement cet appartement: Il a contribué à rendre notre séjour parfait. 20/20!"

"Very nice apartment in a strategic zone of London. Nearby 2 underground stations, Notting Hill and Hyde Park. Queensway has a lot of restaurants and supermarkets and several types of shops. The apartment is very well decorated, has everything you may need and is very clean (probably the most cleaned apartment we ever stayed trough Homelidays). Compliments to Dolly and Rafael, very professional and serious."
