Blue Mountain Luxury Studio

Had pretty much everything we needed in the unit. Good amount of parking and great to have the Indian restaurant right there.

The bed is quite noisy, but was comfortable. Nothing else nearby immediately for food/drink. One of the plugs (upper outlet at bar table) wasn’t working.

Loved the placed was super cozy and comfortable

Within walking distance to Blue Mountain Village (20-min) and north side ski lift (7-min). Nicely stocked kitchen, including basic cooking utensils (ie. pots, pans) and a few staple items (ie. coffee, tea, sugar).

The loud heater in the unit was very dehydrating. Adjusting the temperature and fan did not help reduce this issue or the loudness either.

The location was good, and the bed was comfortable.

I wanted to relax in the hot tub in the room, but it turned into a huge problem instead of a relaxing experience. First of all, the water was cold, so we couldn’t even use it properly. Second, once it was turned on, we couldn’t turn it off at all. There were instructions for everything in the room except for the hot tub. We emailed the owner about the issue and never received any response. There was an after-hours phone number, so we called. The person who answered told us to wait until the timer finished. We waited over 3 hours, and it was still running. We couldn’t sleep because of the noise and stress, so we called again. Only then were we told to turn off the electricity in the bathroom. This situation was unacceptable, stressful, and completely ruined our night. Poor communication, lack of clear instructions, and no response from the owner. A hot tub should be a feature to relax, not a problem that keeps guests awake for hours. I would not recommend this place.
