Gorgeous Loft in the Heart of Blue Mountain

Pool facilities and location were wonderful

Had to provide our own towels for the pool and take our garbage down to the dumpsters

Great location, lots of space for 4 and comfortable beds. Excellent Indian restaurant on site. Easy check in process

it is a house you manage by your self, recommended get every thing in Collingwood, Meaford, Thornbury

Too many disclosure, warnings and too much contract emails ( i m not pending from email all the times, disgusting), guaranty deposit i m clear if I get it back, because TC statement is at the end of the month

The property is located in a beautiful community of chalets and is only a few minutes’ drive from Blue Mountain Village. The pool area is very well maintained, and the chalet itself is charming and nicely decorated. The photos accurately capture how beautiful the space is, and we really enjoyed the overall atmosphere.

Our biggest disappointment was that the listing was advertised as a two-bedroom, when in reality the king bed is in an open loft upstairs and the queen bed and pull-out sofa are located in the open main living area with no enclosed walls. Traveling with two young children (including a baby in a playpen) and four adults, we needed separate bedrooms and privacy. There wasn’t a suitable place to set up the playpen without disturbing everyone, and once the kids were asleep, the rest of us essentially had to go to bed too because there was no separation between the sleeping areas. Unfortunately, this meant the layout didn’t work for our family’s needs, and we chose to forfeit the remaining two nights of our stay (approximately $700) and book another Airbnb that better accommodated our group. I would recommend making the sleeping layout clearer in the listing so families know exactly what to expect.
