Disappointment.

Do not stay there. It's dilapidated and not well kept. Photos are misleading. The only good thing about the apartment is the location. Close to everything, free parking in a closed backyard, very close to the beach, bars, restaurants or shops. The host also very kind and responsive, but considering the state of the apartment, it's of little consequence.

This apartment should not be rented out. We arrived ca 4 am after more than 15hrs of travel. First thing that happens? The shower falls apart in our hands and just sprays the water everywhere. So we cannot use the shower. The apartment smells damp, and is damp. Flies circling the lampshade, but that's probably because the window was open to get the damp smell out. Linens are clearly not professionally washed, they were crumbled and did not feel very fresh. Electric sockets just fall out from the walls when you want to pull your cable out. Good we did not have small children with us. Floor fittings randomly come off the walls. Floors are uneven and wobbly, especially in the kitchen. I guess the worst are kitchen and bathroom. Hard to say if they are clean because they are just so old and worn out. Humidity destroyed floor, kitchen tap faucet that moves so badly it feels like it will come off any minute, kitchen lights that are faulty, you need to have the switch in just the right position to get the light on. The stove is dirty and covered with a fatty film encrusted with dirt (it does tend to accumulate when you have a gas stove but it needs to be cleaned... here the grime layer is quite thick). Dish dryer is rusty and also covered with said grime. Fridge that barely works, it holds temperature a bit lower that the surroundings, which is good, but freezer did not seem to work, also no light in the fridge either. In current condition this apartment should not be rented out at all. it needs to be properly and thoroughly renovated. Right now it's a jump on the money and no level of kindness of the host will cover that. BTW, it is advertised as the host is just a "caretaker" but I have it on strong authority she is also the owner and pretends that they are separate people to avoid any conversations with customer that have remarks.

Mieszkanie całe zaniedbane, brudne. W kanapie była pleśń, w toalecie bardzo słabo spływała woda. Wymeldowaliśmy od razu jak to zobaczyliśmy i sprawę zgłosiliśmy na Booking.com. Odradzam!

Na jedną noc okej

Lokalizacja, dobry kontakt z właścicielką.

Nie czuliśmy się komfortowo- mieszkanie wymaga odświeżenia, z grubsza czysto ale i tak mieliśmy odczucie że nie należy do najczystszych. Łazienka do remontu zdecydowanie. Plus za pozostawienie kosmetyków ale jak dla nas żele w dużych opakowaniach i mydło w kostce pozostawione dla wielu rodzin nie kusi i wolałbym jednak by nie było niż były zużyte. Generalnie na jedną noc mieszkanie spełniło swoją funkcję, na dłuższy pobyt chyba byśmy nie skorzystali. Ktoś w poniższych komentarzach wspomniał o sąsiadce- fakt, rozpakowywaliśmy walizki więc siłą rzeczy zarówno my jak i dwójka dzieci musieli po mieszkaniu chodzić przez chwilę - dosłownie po 5 minutach przyszła Pani zwrócić uwagę… co myślę jest przesada bo nikt nie biegał czy skakał.

Spontaniczny nocleg w dobrej cenie

Najbardziej - bardzo sympatyczna, pomocna i empatyczna właścicielka. Odpowiadała mi też lokalizacja - w sercu Gdyni - przy ul. Świętojańskiej, choć z "lokalizacją przy samej plaży" nie ma wiele wspólnego. Podobał mi się dobry stosunek ceny do jakości, spora przestrzeń i wygodne łóżko (na sofach nie spałam).

Określenie "apartament" może być mylące. Jest to mieszkanie zaplanowane do potrzebnego już remontu - szczególnie łazienka, szczególnie prysznic. Nie stwierdziłam obecności ekspresu do kawy, choć jest w opisie. Ale nie byłam na tyle długo, żeby się tym przejąć ;)

Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem obiektu. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony- nawet były kosmetyki, żele, szampony z czym nigdy się nie spotkałam a trochę apartamentów wynajętych mam na koncie. Lokalizacja super, wszędzie blisko. Gorąco polecamy ❤️

Brak suszarki na pranie. Jest jedynie za oknem sznur ale przy złej pogodzie niezbyt się sprawdzi. (8 dniowy pobyt 5 osobowej rodziny - więc ręczniki itd wiadomo że wyprać trzeba było )

Stare mieszkanie, nie czułam się tam komfortowo.

Duże i wygodne łóżko. Parking. Lokalizacja.

Mieszkanie w starej kamienicy, w środku unosi się silny zapach starego mieszkania. Po wyjeźdźcie wciąż czuję ten zapach na ubraniach. Apartament dużo lepiej wygląda na zdjęciach niż w rzeczywistości. Ręczniki były wilgotne. Ogrzewanie i woda z piecyka gazowego, który głośno działa i co chwilę się załącza.
