Beautiful, well-provisioned property on the outskirts of town.

Beautifully presented, high-quality property with excellent facilities. Stylish, comfy, and quiet, both my mother and I agreed it was a great place for a self-catering holiday in Cornwall.

The bathroom felt a little dated and, as ever with wet rooms, very difficult to keep much of the floor dry when having a shower. It was also not easy to find late at night once the sun had set (arrived on one of the last trains from London and had decided to walk) but no problems in gaining access once we were there as instructions provided were clear about location of key box. In all honesty probably give it a miss if you don’t have access to a car or are not prepared/able to walk a fair distance especially as the station is at the top of a steepish hill.

A blissful hidden gem in Truro

This was one of the best places I ever stayed, and I travel a lot due to work. It felt like a total bliss, it is a truly hidden gem in Truro, indeed. Cozy, homey feel, creative design, warm, safe. It exceeded my expectations big time. I found everything I needed and more. The host is friendly, open to communication - just a message away! Thank you very much!

Perfect!

The layout of the studio, very spacious yet cosy. Everything you could want. Proximity to walk into town. Decor. Lovely comfortable bed. Tea/coffee/milk/biscuits provided. Nice shower.

Nothing we didn't like to be honest! I couldn't quite work out the flush on the toilet initially, but my husband of course did straight away. A small thing.

Little Gem in Truro

The studio was in a great location, only a 10-minute walk from the center of Truro. It had all the facilities one would need. The bed was large and comfortable. The hosts were very welcoming and supplied everything we wanted.

The bathroom was a little dated and could do with a refurb; however, it was perfectly adequate.

Lovely location

The location. Kitchen/lounge area was well equipped, spacious, light and comfortable with a washer and dryer available in an outhouse.

The bathroom is in dire need of some TLC and seriously detracted from the comfort of the upstairs room and lovely location. I've read recent comments since my stay and it looks like a refurbishment for the bathroom and downstairs carpet is on the cards so maybe this is a moot point.

The location was good for us and the accommodation was nice with a ground floor bedroom and upstairs lounge, kitchen and diner

In need of a refurbishment, bathroom in particular. No shaver/ toothbrush charging point. In the kitchen there was one tea bag and out of date hot chocolate!

Location brilliant. Only 10 min walk to Truro. Robert helpful and recommended restaurants. Upstairs comfortable to watch TV in the evening. Plenty of draw space and hanging space. Kitchen equipped very well.

Damp musty smell when we entered property, which remained during our stay. Bathroom in need of renovation and up date. Sink too small. Shower wasn’t brilliant as shower head kept dropping down. But usable. Bedroom and stair carpets seemed unclean, but could be due to age. Bottom of voile curtain in bedroom black. Velux windows upstairs need cleaning. Leaves and insects fell in when opened.

Perfect!

Everything was perfect! A fully equipped two story house very nice and comfortable. With a cozy kitchen and sofa to relax at evening after a long day exploring the surroundings. 15 min walking distance from the town center. The host checked on us and was very kind.

Adam and Robert’s studio is quiet, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The bed was one of the best we have ever slept in! The hosts were friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. While ill with bad colds they offered to go shopping for us. 😊 The studio is only a fairly flat 10minute walk into the city, and close to lovely nature walks. Highly recommended. We will come back!

Not perfect, but very good value

Washer and dryer on site, full kitchen (small but works), free parking right up to the door, comfortable bed, plenty of seating

Road to the house is one way and not really walkable to town, washer and dryer are outside in a shed and it was initially blocked by construction equipment we had to move and then the door was very difficult to unlock, had to strip all beddings and bring them with towels to the laundry shed (though couldn’t get the door to unlock at all our final morning so just left the balls of laundry in the unit), thin walls and could hear people talking especially while upstairs

comfortable home from home accommodation

We particularly liked the space, as it was called a studio expected it to be quite small. Living room was particularly comfortable, with lovely new sofas, decorations very stylish. Very well stocked kitchenette, nice touch to have a basket with tea and coffee. Location lovely and green and tucked away in a quiet location, ideal.

It didn't spoil our visit, but we both found the disabled toilet uncomfortable, appreciate it is required if offering the accommodation for disabled persons. Perhaps also longer term, the downstairs and hallway carpets could do with replacing.
